Congratulations to all the athletes who participated in the Kusam Klimb in Sayward on Saturday. Darryl, Jenni, Victoria, Alicia, Dudnca, Stephanie, Judith and Eb, not to miss our two Tough Mudders, Carey and Crysta.

Crossfit for Hope fundraiser will be held Saturday, June 9th. Everyone is welcome to donate and participate. We can make it doable for all levels. Warm up will start at 8:00 am.
Four young men came out to do Memorial Day Murph at our box, a hero WOD in honour of Michael Murphy, killed in Afghanistan in June 2005, and other servicemen and women who have given their lives in the line of duyt. They did a great job on a hard workout.
