We are a Belgian family, creative and unique, baking Authentic Belgian waffles, made from scratch, no powder mix or frozen breakfast waffles. We enjoy what we do, it is our passion and heritage. 

Since our very successful appearance on CBC's Dragons'Den Show we can truly state that we have changed the way Canadians look at waffles. No toppings needed and baked while you wait at the waffle cart in the Inner Harbour or in the store on Market Square. An open kitchen is what we choose to work in so you can be part of this experience where you can see all toppings and waffles being made fresh.

Still family owned, no Dragon was ever involved, some sharks were dodged.

Qoola Frozen Yogurt is now serving our Liège waffle at some V-Island and Vancouver locations. 

We created one franchise store in Grande Prairie and active Mobile Carts in GP, Red Deer, Calgary, Penticton and Shuswap.
