New Bike Assembly Guarantee – Every new bike we sell comes with a one year assembly gurantee. Anything having to do with our assembly of your new bike is covered by this year long service plan.

Satisfaction Guarantee – If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll endeavour to provide a satisfactory outcome. Refunds are only given with return of the original receipt.

Repair Guarantee – Our repairs are guaranteed for one month. If you have any problems with repairs to your bike, we will do our best to ensure they are solved to your satisfaction.

Product Warranty – We will serve as the broker for any warranty arising from any faulty product purchased from Sooke Mountain Cycle Ltd.
