R.S. Restoration Services has been a locally owned and operated business in the Victoria area since 1969. The company specializes in disaster repair services, mainly flood, fire and wind damage. It offers an emergency line which is manned twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week by an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification certified, employee. The company is well versed in all aspects of flood and fire damage repair, as well as, all building restoration from framing right through to floor covering. The company also offers a complete service relating to contents packing, restoring and cleaning. It subcontracts only the specialty items, such as art and furniture restoration, major electrical and plumbing work, as well as dry-cleaning. The company offers prompt and efficient 24 hour emergency service providing flood and sewer back-up and clean-up, temporary securing of premises after break and enters, vandalism, vehicle impacts and fires.

The company services the Victoria and Southern Vancouver Island regions north to Duncan. It also services the Southern Gulf Islands. Major customers are comprised of insurance companies, independent adjusters, brokers, property management companies, local and municipal Government agencies, corporate clients as well as individual homeowners.

Our staff is a core group of long term employees, experienced in not only their specific trades, but also courteous and effective customer service. Each employee is trained to the highest standard in all areas of restoration including structural drying, mould remediation and fire restoration. In August of 2001, R.S. Restoration Services Ltd. joined a national association of restoration contractors known as Disaster Kleenup Canada. Membership in this organization provides the company with an exclusive territory of southern Vancouver Island, north to Duncan and including all of the Gulf Islands. Disaster Kleenup Canada is dedicated towards promoting a consistently high level of service and business ethics. Members share valuable information, resources, and, should the situation warrant it, physical resources as well. Through DKC, the company receives centralized marketing initiatives, also offers the company specified training seminars in order to keep abreast of the latest industry requirements.
