Peninsula Landscape Supplies Ltd., formerly the Saanich Peninsula Gravel Mart, opened its doors for business in July of 1993. This new company, established by Gord and Liz Martman, was an addition to G&E Equipment Rentals Ltd. They realized there was a growing need for a retail landscape supply company on the Saanich Peninsula. Peninsula Landscape Supplies Ltd. is currently owned and operated by Heather and Chris Sigurdson.

Peninsula Landscape Supplies Ltd. is a retail supplier of bulk landscape materials. Our yard consists of a wide variety of soil mixes, mulches, composts, and manures. In addition to organic products, we also stock a variety of aggregates and ornamental slate. Our Sidney location includes a retail store in which you will find grass seed, fertilizer, garden tools, and a large assortment of garden ornaments.

All bulk materials can be picked up in small amounts, such as pails or bags. The yard has a loader on site for those who would like to have their pickup truck filled. Large and small loads for delivery are available, and our professional drivers can deliver your products on the same day that it is ordered.

Our staff members all have an interest in gardening and will advise you on the correct products to use to complete your landscaping tasks. Chris and Stephan are the senior landscape technicians and both hold certificates in  horticulture and design. They are always happy to answer any gardening questions that you may have.
