With the help from my parents, I purchased The Olive Branch in January 2002. My passion for food and life most definitely stem from my mother and family.

My Mom would always tell me; “if you don’t have passion Gary, then you will never have anything”.

Quality, consistency, friendliness and presentation will always be number one on on my list.

Although The Olive Branch is a “tiny” little take-out restaurant we’re filled with a “huge” amount of passion, not only for our customers but for offering a healthy, fresh alternative to “fast food”.

I pride myself in the quality and freshness of our products. Items like our Greek style pizza, humus, tzatziki, souvlaki, and salads, are all made in-house using only the freshest ingredients available.
