We design and teach the safest and most effective exercises to suit anyone's needs. Each member of our caring, intelligent and experienced staff is a certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer and/or Certified Athletic Therapist.

We provide personal training, user-friendly equipment, fully-illustrated exercise guides and functional movement assessments / re-assessments to attain and sustain better fitness, manage weight and improve any type of injury, illness or dysfunction. Whether medically prescribed or simply preferred, clients may work between 1-5 days a week for 30-60 minutes per day with a trainer, or use the facility between sessions for independent exercise.
