They were very helpful & provide a very professional service. If we needed materials quickly Barb made every effort to accommodate us.

We recently bought our home and renovated the bathrooms. Although we did most of the work ourselves, we chose to have the tile done by an expert and we could not have been happier with the job Loki and his team did. Barb was responsive and helpful and the team delivered on all their promises including having our shower ready for use when we needed it!

Right from the start when choosing tiling for our shower and floor, when I walked into Loki's showroom I felt like I had met someone who really wanted to help me in my choosing and was very helpful in listening to what we wanted. Barb pulled various tiles that might work with the shower tiles for the floor and I felt like she knew the inventory like no one else I had encountered in my search.
When it came time to install the tiles, Loki Tiling was prompt, and professional in their approach. They included us in the decisions regarding the positioning of the tiles and of the grout colour as the original grout we picked really didn't go. The workers were very friendly and considerate regarding their surroundings and cleaned up after themselves.
In a nutshell, Loki Tiling, they are very approachable, true craftsmen,and helpful beyond the usual company encountered in our travels. My husband and I would highly recommend Loki Tiling.
