Fierce offers a very unique training experience, fusing martial arts with yoga all under one roof. We specialize in the martial art of Jiu Jitsu, specifically Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Japanese Jujutsu. Our therapeutics program specializes in Yoga Therapy, Tai Chi and Kinesiology. Our  atmosphere is open and welcoming, and we strive to be inclusive to all ages and abilities. Beginners are safe with us as we provide fundamentals and foundations in both jiu jitsu, yoga and tai chi classes, encouraging well rounded practices for mental and physical health.
