Lee Rose started our company in 1988 in Victoria, BC. As a one man operation out of the back of his van the only product he had at the time was Vinyl. In the begining he used fuzzy-backed vinyl, but within two years of starting he realized there had to be a better vinyl product. It was at that time that he found the “Dec-k-ing” vinyl. As a result of his workmanship, customer service and striving to have the best product, he became known as one of the best Victoria Deck companies. Some of the first contractors that he dealt with were Cadillac Homes Inc. and Downs Construction ltd.

NOW Where We Are Today

We are a family business, still locally owned and operated. Today we employ a dozen people and have branched out into many more products and services. We still deal with long time customers such as Cadillac Homes Inc. and Downs Construction ltd. We also deal with companies like Piluso Construction Ltd., Award Builders Ltd. and Ron Egli Construction and Design Ltd. just to name a few. We are still an authorized dealer for Global Dec-k-ing Systems Inc. and have the same highest quality Vinyl that we have been using for over 20 years. We also have a wide variety of Railing Systems as well as a wide range of Construction skills. We are now… More than just decks… way more!!

OPERATIONS How We Operate

We are Four Flower Enterprises Ltd. doing business as “DEC-K-ING” here in Victoria, BC. We started using that name years ago when we only installed vinyl. Our services have increased over the years to include railings, deck accessories, construction and repair. We keep using the “DEC-K-ING” name that has served us so well over the years. Please do not confuse us with Global Dec-k-ing Systems from whom we get our superior Vinyl product. No matter the name, we strive to provide the highest quality products and the best customer service available!
