The studio is equipped with Apex Gym Equipment, Commercial Treadmills, Spin bikes, a recumbent stationary bike as well as TRX, Kettle Bells, Bosu, Boxing Equipment and more. Private office space is available for Personal Health assessments, Nutrition & Wellness evaluations, and Fitness Program design.
