Update: Bali Kiss made right on my issue. Theyhave definitely redeemed themselves. I was able to return the items and replace them with absolutely no issue. Thank You! You have a loyal customer and will HIGHLY recommend shopping at the store.
This is MY experience. It is not the 1st time I have shopped there however do not shop here unless you want to take a chance. I purchased over $300.00 worth of items and after 1 washing 1 item had a hole in it and one item fell apart at the facing. I have tried to get some resolution from this store to no avail. I have stopped by several times at the Hillside location. I have called and left a message and emailed twice with absolutely no response. I cannot recommend these products. I have been to Bali and know what the cost of these items are. The markup is ridiculous. Yes I understand there is shipping and duty, rent, etc. I loved this store but I can no longer shop there based on the fact that the owner does not stand behind her product.
