What We Do Alan Quin is a professional tradesman (B.C.I.T. Trained) with over 30 years experience in the construction and shipbuilding industries in British Columbia. Projects included large commercial and industrial jobs to ‘new’ ship construction and repair with a considerable amount of residential experience.

Flexible Schedule I’m available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, but I also offer appointments in the evenings and weekends. All holidays including Christmas Day are available for your convenience. Many Saturdays, Sundays, and even Boxing Day has seen me with a hot water tank installation or a water line repair. I know what it is like to not have hot water or no water at all!
