Aaronson's Pharmacy was established in 1910, and remains one of Vancouver Island's oldest pharmacies. Since 1910, Aaronson's Pharmacy has continuously been an independent, local, pharmacist owned and family operated business centered on patient care, and the art of pharmaceutical compounding.  We draw on generations of experience to formulate and produce exceptional compounded products tailored to fit the needs of the patient. We put in the effort to ensure your product is stable, easy to use and effective.

We work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure prescriptions are safe, effective, accurate, and easy to use. We believe that strong communication begins with focused questions, and careful listening to the patient's history, goals and preferences. Aside from prescriptions and specialty compounding, we also offer Vancouver Island's largest selection of homeopathy. We respect the diverse needs and requests of our clientele. As licensed pharmaceutical specialists, we feel it is appropriate for a pharmacist to be available to help client understand the role of complimentary therapies such as homeopathy. We encourage responsible use of products, and take a holistic approach to health and wellness. We consider appropriate use, and address any drug related treatment questions that may arise when selecting a treatment. 

We produce compounds for veterinarians, clinics, patients, and respected professional clients. We offer sterile facilities, and adhere to NAPRA guidelines for compounding. We are registered and licensed by the College of Pharmacists of B.C, and are trained, registered members of PCCA (Professional Compounding Centres of America). We are also members of the BC pharmacy Association (BCPhA), and the Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPhA).

Our pharmacist is a community vaccine provider. He is certified to administer vaccinations, and provides a full compliment of community based clinical pharmaceutical services.
