Wine making in Victoria could not be easier. At Stellar Wines we make many varieties of Wine, Beer, Coolers and Ciders. Wines ranging from 4, 5, 6 week and 8 week Winexpert Ultra Premium ECLIPSE Wines (Reds with crushed grape packs.) At Stellar Wines we use only premium ingredients in our wines, beers, coolers and ciders. We use GLASS CARBOYS in the production to ensure the highest quality results. Stellar Wines is a privately owned, on premises wine and beer making facility. We offer a wide variety of products from the best suppliers in the country .Stellar Wines is located at 6-4011 Quadra Street (at McKenzie in the Quadrangle Centre Mall, near the deDutch Restaurant) and has been in the same location for almost 20 years. Judith and Frank bought the store on November 1st, 2005 and have had lots of fun meeting all our customers and listening to their little jokes and stories. In that time we have upgraded the store and bought new equipment, making it even easier to make your own quality wines.Stellar Wines offers a wide variety of wines, beers, coolers and ciders for the discriminating palate. New items are continually being added to our product line, including our own creation STELLARO, a sophisticated blackberry port style.
