My first time in the store last this past Friday. The service was excellent. I actually feel like I am wearing a proper bra now. My only complaint is the price!! Yikes so expensive. I really wish the prices were cheaper.

Okay but I spoke to soon as now have to take it back as it is cutting into my underarm area and I have a rash. It is really sore. Hopefully I will be able to find something else. I was really hopeful that it was the one.

I shop at this store all the time! I love The staff, I love their selection and their customer service is beyond excellent. As some people may not appreciate the sexy ads placed in newspapers, I for one find them to be very appealing. you are in fact a lingerie store after all. It showcases what beautiful lingerie your store carries. Any one who says otherwise is just plain crazy ;) I love sheer essentials Lingerie and swim and I am a lifer!

Sheer Essentials, What were you thinking of when you designed the advertisement that currently appears in the insert in the Times Colonist? Not only is it a confusing and blurry shot, but it is also disturbingly sexist. The mostly-naked young woman appears terrified of the fully-clothed man who is leering at her improbably from behind his desk. Manacles already in place, it looks as if she's being sold into slavery, as his hand hovers above his cell preparing to enter his bid.

Since I can't submit my comments without a rating, I have checked one star. Obviously, I wouldn't give any.

I'm sincerely sorry you found the add offensive. When the advertisement are sent to us they don't seem blurry however I must admit I did not see it in print. The advertisement was designed by the company the produces that line if bras. It is their approved image they supplied for us to use. I will send your concern to them as unfortunately we do not design the imagery or ads as they come from the corporate companies we deal with.

I understand your problem, but perhaps you should take more responsibility for your ads since your name, and not the bra company's, is front and centre.

I have forwarded your concern to their head office. The proof is done through their office not ours as we simply supply our logo. To my understanding their name and logo is also on the adds. I assure you that the newspapers also are not allowed to run anything inappropriate as well as there has been times in the past where wording or footage has been adjusted.

We are a full service Lingerie boutique specializing in hard to fit customers and cater to all ages, sizes and styles.

Our ads change constantly sometimes it is men's, sometimes nursing and sometimes it is comfy cozy fleece pj's.

I talked to my daughter today and we will be coming there tomorrow (Sunday) to try on bras and other items for her wedding. She told me that if he is inside the building, we will not shop there. I understand that some men do come in for gifts, but that older man scared my daughter. This is for her wedding, and we will not shop there if he is. We will take our business elsewhere.

My Daughter and I went by your place that was referred to us by a friend. We went by last Sunday and was about to enter the business, and my daughter stopped and didnt want to go in. I asked her why, and she pointed at some older looking man inside. She didnt want to go in cause as she told me, " he is gross and looks like a pervert." I dont think any lady would want an old man in there as they are trying on bras. My daughter is getting married and was going to get some bras, but we will not walk into your establishment if that perverted older man is inside the building.

Trina I am sorry how you feel. I can assure you that he was fine as I myself was working in the store that day. We do have customers from all walks of life but we are a very professional establishment do our best to give one on one professional service. Gentlemen that enter our business our usually only there for a brief time to pick out a gift for their partner or long enough to ring in a giftcard. We also have private fitting rooms so u always have your personal space. Please also keep in mind we do have a larger store in Duncan if that suits you better

Congrats on your daughters wedding..;)
