At the beginning of Spring, and until a month or so ago, we had an excellent team of gardeners. The last few times the team sent have been unable to mow the lawn evenly (how hard is it?!) or at all, let alone attend to the plants. Can we have the old team back please?

Lawn installation was included as part of our new home build. Lawn installed in August 2021). We received paperwork from the developer stating the lawn has a one year warranty.

When we called Island Earth to talk to them in the spring 2022 about the issues with our lawn (patchy, not growing together and in places not growing at all), we were rudely told there is only a 90 day warranty (we could not have seen the issues in the 90 days).

We are very unhappy with this company and would never recommend them.

Should have a negetive rating. Do not hire this company. The services offerred on their web page are misleading. They sub out the work to others and then charge you an over market price to cover their take. Plus very unprofessional if questioned on their practices. Stay away!

if i could give them zero stars i would. This post is a simple warning to any contractors who are thinking of doing business with this company beware!! They have been ripping off people in victoria and not paying their subs
