Exceptional service by professional, friendly staff. My vehicle requires a specific oil filter that is difficult to find. They tracked one down in Coquitlam, had it shipped here and called by the next day. Kris and Charlie did an excellent job. Will definitely be my go-to place for any future work.
Went there Saturday for a quick oil change and my engine light came on so they checked it with their diagnostic meter and realized they had got some Oil on sensor and cleaned it up and they lubed a squik in my springs no hassle Or up sales great service and very friendly.
Took my car in for an oil change, was advised that the oil was still clean and didn't need to be changed. They still checked the other fluid levels and put air in a couple of low tires. All this was done for no charge. Excellent service and customer relations.
We have taken all our vehicles to Ron and his team for over 3 years now and have had nothing but great service, quick turnaround, friendly people and good advice/recommendations. Their additional service recommendations are truly based on what your car needs, not simply an upsell - this from someone with over 20yrs dealership experience! I'd proudly put these guys up against anyone in town.
We stopped in for an oil change this week and Allen told us the oil looked good and we didn't need it changed. "Come back and see us in another 2,000 miles. No reason spend the money if you don't need it," he said, and then he proceeded to wash our windows, clean the battery terminals, fill the washer fluid. . .and send us on our way at NO CHARGE! And, all of that with a pleasant smile. Now that's good business. It Guarantees we'll be back!
As we were travelling around Victoria with our son, his truck was making noises and ticking. The manager, Shane took the trouble to help us out so we could finish our journey. He went out of his way to help us and I will never forget his kind act to strangers passing through. I can highly recommend him and his crew.
Excellent service! I received much more than just an oil change. Shane and his staff diagnosed why my engine was running so rough. I needed a new water pump. Got Andrew from Revved Up next door to give me an estimate. Andrew took my car in that night and had everything repaired the next day. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable and caring everyone was. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube Victoria.
I never write comments because i believe that doing a good job is part of your job...I have to say this place shocked me! I drove in with an issue and not only did they calm me down but they helped me and my family get back on the road without a great expense. I would recommend this place to everyone even my grandmother. Thank you Shane!!!! Really from one guy to another guy...thank you for your help today.
Super friendly and helpful guys! Took less than 15 minutes and the price was great. Absolutely coming back, they gave great recommendations and went over and above in terms of customer service.

Cheapest Tranny oil change I found in town. Sometimes you get what you pay for but these guys were great! Did it in 20 minutes while I waited, cleaned up any excess oil spilled and were super friendly. I'd definitely go here again. Thanks!
The staff are wonderful honest and proactive and super helpful. I have had all my oil changes with them their fuel filter service and my trans line done. Everyone I have dealt with has educated me about my vehicle without treating my like a dumb woman, which is all too common when I have gone to other garages. I now know where all my fluids go, what they do and how to check them myself if need be (upcoming road trip). Thanks guys! You are amazing!
Recently experienced the best possible customer service from Jiffy Lube Victoria. Went in for an oil change and was actually informed that my car didn't need it's oil changed. Instead of just sending us on our way, Shane proceeded to check our tire pressure, fluids, and even showed us a trick to keep my headlights sparkling... all without any charge. He was friendly and extremely curtious. Congratulations, Jiffy Lube, you've made a customer out of me!
Had my oil changed yesterday. All the guys were really nice and super helpful! The guy that helped me I think his name was Jason? Made my heart skip a beat! I am so glad I went there great service and awesome people kudos to you guys!
Popped in today to get an oil change prior to taking a road trip. Allan was the attendant and after checking my oil informed me it was pretty clean and good for another 2 or 3 thousand Klicks. He even topped it up a bit for no charge. Talk about an honest guy. Been a very long time since I was met with such honesty with any business. Will come back for sure when my truck really does need new oil and filter.
I have been dreading taking my 2006 Corolla into the shop to address a rattling protection plate for months. When I called my usual mechanic he kept suggesting it might be a problem with the whole exhaust system.
When I pulled into Jiffy Lube, Jason, confirmed my diagnosis even before I got out of my car!
Rattle fixed, oil changed, fluids topped up, tires filled, and I was out of there in 20 minutes. The cost was under $200 (must be a world record).
The clarity of the communication and the clean environment in the shop was inspiring.
I had my 2007 White Audi A3 Sline edition serviced at your 708 Bay St Victoria 2014/02/01 at 1330pm. Im new to the Victoria Area and I did not want to take my car to the dealership for overpriced services. I use to take my car to the local "tire" shops for service but I would end up waiting hours and hours for the same service for more money. Driving past your location I saw a neat and clean shop and no lineups. I drove in was offered coffee and something to read. They checked my fluids / changed my oil and I was off in under 30 mins. I want to say thank you to your friendly staff who worked on my car Tabbitha, Samantha and George ( I think he was the manager / supervisor at the time. Your staff was funny and loved helping customers. Everyone did a great job and changed my mind on these quick lube places. I will bring my car back and other car when its due to your location. On October 8 2013 we found it necessary to need help with our transmission on our 1997 Dodge caravan. We were in Victoria BC and being from Oregon we asked where to have it looked at and were directed to your shop at 708 Bay Street in Victoria. There we were treated in a very professional way. The problem was correctly diagnosed as a dirty transmission filter. Besides doing an excellent job of fixing the problem they made me a cup of coffee and directed my wife and two daughters to an excellent coffee shop a block away. They were very professional and courteous especially Shane Harder the supervisor.
Hi – I just wanted to say a thank you to Kris at the Victoria, B.C Jiffy Lube who changed the oil of my Mazda on 7/23/2013 (well, obviously someone was in the pit as well, but didn’t chat with him). Kris was totally pleasant, customer service focused and well educated about Jiffy’s services, perks and on-going promos (i.e. ladies day). He was clearly passionate about cars and while a Mazda 5 isn’t exactly a Porsche, Kris made me feel less like a middle aged woman with a pseudo minivan when he enthused over my low mileage and lack of lumps and bumps – I was still middle aged when I left, but at least I felt middle aged and savvy!
Anyway, will definitely be back due to the excellent service I received.
Great to see Shane and the Crew again! And glad they are still here providing amazing service and superior customer support since the new ownership ! My silver bullet keeps going strong because of these guys! Make sure you stop in and know you will be looked after !
I'm a senior lady who went for an oil change on my car today, as I had just bought a used car and wasn't sure if it needed an oil change, but thanks to the honesty of the guys at Jiffy Lube I didn't need one. They were so pleasant and helpful about questions I had regarding my car. They still checked my fluids and top up what was needed with no charge. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting an oil change. Ask for BIG SMOKE he's just awesome!!!! I have a girlfriend who has used their service also and says she would never take her car any other place but to them.
